Overview You can request a bulk export of your call transcripts for a specific phone number over a chosen date range. After processing, we will provide a secure, expiring download link.
What you’ll need
- Phone number in E.164 format (for example, +12140943937) that you own or manage
- Date range and timezone (for example, July 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, Pacific Time)
- Whether to include call metadata (recommended)
- Preferred file format (CSV or JSON)
- Delivery contact (name and email)
What’s included
- Transcript text for calls in the specified range
- Optional call metadata (date/time, duration, direction, participants)
- Output provided as a ZIP containing CSV or JSON
Note: Audio recordings are not included in the transcript export. If you need audio files, please request an audio export separately.
Before you request
- Transcription must have been enabled for the calls you want to export
- Data retention policies may limit how far back transcripts are available
- Standard redactions may be applied to sensitive information to protect privacy

Delivery and timelines
- Delivery is via a secure, expiring download link
- Typical turnaround is within 1 business day for standard requests
- Very large exports may be split into multiple files (for example, by month)
Frequently asked questions
- Can I request multiple numbers? Yes. List each number and specify the same or separate date ranges.
- Can you include audio? Audio is not part of the transcript export. Request an audio export separately (availability depends on settings and policy).
- Which timezone is used? We will use the timezone you specify to avoid date boundary issues.
- How long is the link valid? The secure link expires after a short period. If it expires, you can request a renewal.
- Why are some calls missing? Calls without transcripts (for example, transcription disabled or outside retention) will not be included.
