How do I change my shipping method after my order has already been placed?

We are happy to accommodate any adjustments we can to ensure you receive your order as desired. Simply reach out to our friendly Customer Service team as soon as possible and provide your order ID. Also, if there is a particular event coming up before which you need to receive your order, let us know!

 

Our customer service team will do their best to liaise with our shipping partners to accommodate your request. Please note there may be additional charges involved if adjusting to a more expensive shipping method.
